Admissions

Welcome to our website and hopefully, at some point in the future, to Barrow Hills School.

Our key intake points are Nursery, Kindy, Reception, Year 3 and Year 7 although children often join us throughout the school, as and when occasional places are available. As children are still very young when they join us, our admissions and assessment procedure is very gentle. In fact, the children are often unaware that they are even being assessed. We aim to make the process of starting school as straightforward and exciting as possible.

Our Open Days provide an opportunity for an informal tour of the school and the chance to meet pupils, teachers and members of the Senior Management Team, including the Head. Our next Open Event will be ‘Through the Trees’ on Saturday 8th June. Parents and children are invited to join us for a fun morning of activities and get to know us a little better.
