As part of their Science topic, Year 3 children are currently exploring invertebrates and vertebrates. Huge delight was evident when the School’s skeleton came for a ‘sleep over’ in the Thomas More Centre and was aptly named ‘Oscar’! Twenty pairs of eager hands beavered away manipulating recycled materials to construct animal skeletons, namely a Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Pterodactyl and lastly, a Stegosaurus! Come to the classrooms if you dare to see these skeletons on display!
