In this session, Monique and Fiona will cover: What can children eat to stay focused in lessons? Why are children still hungry after a big meal? Children are growing physically, emotionally, and intellectually. And their bodies need lots of fuel to make all these changes happen smoothly.
It is also important for children to get the right type of fuel. This is not just about how much they eat, it is also about the kind of foods they eat and when… small changes can make children feel brighter, happier and help them focus for longer.
