There were lots of comments about the delicious aromas coming from the food tech kitchen this week, along with some rumbling tummies, as Year 3 and 4 children prepared delicious apple and rhubarb crumble using the school’s home grown rhubarb.
With a focus on sustainability and the importance of using local produce we will be heading back to the garden next week to use the mint in some super fresh smoothies. Wonderful!
