Last year, Ethan (4G) played a junior golf series at Goodwood. It was his first year of competition and he finished second overall. He has continued to work really hard on his golf, starting training with high performance coach, Pedro Lemos from Foxhills. Golf Club He was also invited to join the Surrey Junior Academy.
Ethan played in competitions and has had some amazing results, shooting well below his handicap and almost achieving level par on a few occasions. He regularly competes and achieves competitive results in a field of children a number of years older. During half term, he beat his older playing partner by over 15 shots on his way to shooting three shots under his handicap.
Ethan will compete in a number of events over the summer and we look forward to hearing how his hard work and love of the game continues to pay off.
