It has been a week filled with Remembrance activities. The children painted poppies using paper plates and sponges. We read the story ‘Bertie’s Poppy’ and watched a short illustrated video for children by the BBC on Remembrance Day to introduce our two minute silence.
In music, we have been practicing for our Nativity. We will be singing ‘Twinkle Twinkle’ if you would like to practice at home. We had a lovely time exploring the treetop adventure play area in the sunshine.
As the weather is turning colder, please send your child into school with a thick coat, gloves and a hat. Thank you!
