The U11A boys hockey team have qualified for the national finals at Rugby School on the 2nd March.
On Monday, the team took part in the Southern U11 IAPS tournament and played impressive hockey throughout. They beat St. Andrews Woking and Highfield in the group stages which put them into the Cup competition. The boys then went on to play Eagle House in the quarter finals and won, then beat Cranleigh in the semi-final. The final was played against Hoe Bridge and both teams demonstrated excellent hockey. Sadly, we fell at the last hurdle and lost to Hoe Bridge. However, what an incredible achievement by the team and we are all very proud of what they have done. Next stop… the National Finals!
