On Friday 22nd November, children from Year 2 mixed with some Year 1 children to play against Amesbury in an exciting afternoon of football. The Barrow Hills children displayed excellent tackles and good knowledge of the rules with some even trying to mark players. Goals were scored from both teams but results are not kept for Year 2 fixtures. I am sure however that some of our children will know if they won or lost last Friday!
A special mention to all of our Year 8 children who were both referees and team managers. It was lovely to see them in action helping the children from both schools. Thank you very much Year 8.
