Year 3 loves receiving the First News Magazine subscribed to by Barrow Hills and the children are frequently found with their nose in a copy discovering what is going on around the world or learning a new fascinating fact or two to share with their classmates.
This week the children discovered a pull out in the middle called ’12 Days Of Kindness’. Mrs Peek copied this for each child in the class to see if they could complete it – good luck Year 3.
Some of the children have also entered a competition to ‘Design the Front Cover for the Week Junior’ on 19th December. Mrs Peek has scanned their designs and emailed them to First News.
