We started our first lunchtime yoga club this week. This takes place on Tuesdays from 1:00 – 1:30pm and I was pleased with the turn out, considering quite a few people forgot!
Yoga is better to practise before lunch, but don’t worry children, you can go to late lunch with me after yoga! We started by learning different postures and breathing techniques and finished with a relaxation with eye pillows.
Any Year 4’s and upwards are welcome to join us every week.
