Minibus services are shared between Barrow Hills School and our partner school, King Edward’s Witley. All minibus services run using our brand new 17 seater minibuses driven by experienced and qualified minibus drivers. Bus routes 1-4 are managed by our partner school King Edward’s Witley and available to pupils in Year 7 and 8 – see below for details.
Bus Route 5 runs from the car park behind Waitrose in Haslemere, via Chiddingfold, King Edward’s Witley, and has a final stop at Barrow Hills School. The bus leaves at 7.35am Monday to Friday and arrives at Barrow Hills School in time for registration. The return bus leaves Barrow Hills School at 4.45pm and King Edward’s at approximately 4.55pm. It stops in Chiddingfold at 5.00pm and arrives in Haslemere at approximately 5.15pm.
Bus Route 6 runs from Bramley Business Park, via Charterhouse (Queens Drive off Hurtmore Road), Homebase, the Inn on the Lake, Enton (Water Lane off Station Lane), King Edward’s Witley, and has a final stop at Barrow Hills School. The bus leaves at 7.25am from Bramley, picking up at Charterhouse at 7.40am, Homebase at 7.50am, the Inn on the Lake at 7.55am, and Enton at 8am and arrives at Barrow Hills School in time for registration. The return bus leaves Barrow Hills School at 4.45pm. It stops in Enton at 4.55pm, at the Inn on the Lake at 5.05pm, Charterhouse at 5.15pm, Homebase at 5.25pm, and Bramley Business Park at 5.45pm.
Please note that if your child has a sports fixture or any other event arriving back at school with a published return time later than 4.30pm then you will need to make other arrangements to collect them.

Bus Route 1 runs from Shamley Green, leaving at 7.20am Monday to Friday. The route passes through the villages of Cranleigh (Repaircraft), Dunsfold (The Sun), Chiddingfold (The Crown Inn), King Edward’s and Barrow Hills School.
CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW Bus Route 2 runs from West Horsley, leaving at 7.30am Monday to Friday. The route passes through the villages of East Clandon (no stop), followed by Merrow Park and Ride (7.50am), on the Epsom Road and then to Barrow Hills on its way to King Edward’s. The return bus departs King Edward’s at 5.40pm, dropping off at Ripley at 6pm.
Bus Route 3 runs from South Farnham Primary School, leaving at 7.30am Monday to Friday. The Farnham bus starts from South Farnham Primary School and stops at The Fox on Frensham Road, Elstead Spar shop, on its way to King Edward’s Witley, dropping off at Barrow Hills School en route. The return bus departs King Edward’s at 5.40pm, dropping off at Elstead at 5.55pm and at South Farnham at 6.05pm.
Bus Route 4 runs from Esher, leaving at 7.15am. The route stops at Cobham (Holy Hedge Car Park) at 7.30am, Ripley (Jovial Sailor) at 7.50am, King Edward’s and Barrow Hills School. The return bus departs King Edward’s at 5.40pm, dropping off at Ripley (Shell Garage and Mini Waitrose) at 6pm, Cobham at 6.15pm and Esher at 6.30pm.
Barrow Hills School and King Edward’s Witley (the Schools) will reserve the right to cancel or change the route of the services at any time. Bookings need to be on a termly basis. The Schools will review prices every year and will give a term’s notice of any changes to price. Other terms and conditions may be applicable and will be provided by the Schools on application for the service.
