Year 1's Amazing Treasure Maps

Year 1 has been busy creating their own fantastic treasure maps! The children began by studying island features and then designed their own islands. After that, they marked the treasure with a classic X.

To give their maps an ancient look, the children had great fun “aging” them by painting with tea and coffee! The finished maps are now proudly displayed in the classroom, and they look absolutely amazing.
