Buzzers, Bulbs and Teamwork!

This week, Year 2 visited the Science Lab with Mr Behan for some practical learning to support our electricity topic.

After a demonstration from Mr Behan, the children used the science equipment to build their own circuits. They worked in small groups to connect wires, batteries, and switches, and were able to make buzzers sound, bulbs light up, and motors turn.

It was a great opportunity to practise problem-solving and teamwork, and the children were pleased when their circuits worked. Thank you to Mr Behan for guiding the session and helping us learn more about electricity!
