Richard has worked in the recruitment industry for more than 35 years, gaining extensive knowledge of running multi-sited operations across international markets, and experience in the provision of managed service outsourced solutions. He was Managing Director of the international division of a major US company for nine years. Having flirted with early retirement he returned to the commercial world as the Global Director of Operations for a clinical research organisation. He is married with two daughters, both of whom completed their early years education at Longacre. Richard is also a qualified cycling instructor and enjoys skiing and hiking.
