Zak brings a wealth of safeguarding, pastoral, and leadership expertise to our community. He joined our leadership team as Director of Safeguarding in 2025, extending the role he began at King Edward’s School in 2024. With over 10 years of senior leadership experience in preparatory schools, he has successfully served as Assistant Head, Deputy Head, and Interim Head.
Beyond his school leadership roles, Zak is deeply committed to developing teaching professionals. For more than six years, he served on the Strategic Management Board at Roehampton University’s School of Education, where he helped shape strategy that influenced the training of teachers in over 80 schools nationwide.
He firmly believes that happy and safe children thrive.
