An Adventurous Week in Nursery

With the lovely weather this week, we’ve enjoyed lots of outdoor exploring!

On Monday, we had PE on the field to practise for Sports Day, and we saw some fantastic running from everyone.

On Tuesday, we ventured up to the tree top area where the children showed wonderful courage climbing the structure. It was lovely to see them working together and supporting one another.

Wednesday took us on a walk around the school grounds with our buckets in hand. We were lucky to meet Mr Gaszka, our school gardener, who kindly gave us a sweet pea flower, garlic, mint, and lettuce—and he’s even promised us more herbs soon!

On Thursday, we collected natural materials like stones, sticks, leaves, and soil to create a construction site in one of our tuff trays. We then added diggers to complete the scene, which sparked lots of imaginative play.

Throughout the week, we’ve also been working on a special surprise for our Daddies—something that will be revealed on Sunday!

Wishing you all a beautiful weekend and a very Happy Father’s Day.

Warm regards,

The Nursery Team
