French Cake Baking

Over the last couple of weeks, Year 5 have been baking French yoghurt cake, a recipe that I used to make when I was younger. I gave the pupils the recipe in French, along with a French video, and they then had to bake the cake themselves.

This week, I had the pleasure of tasting a couple of the cakes, and they were absolutely delicious! It was really interesting to see the different yoghurts and fruits the children chose to use. They all sounded and looked incredibly tasty.
