STEM in Nursery

This week we enjoyed taking part in STEM week with lots of exciting activities.

Building on last weeks story ‘Jaspers Beanstalk’ the children planted their very own beans and we talked about the importance of sunlight, water and care, helping the children to develop their understanding of the world as they begin to learn about nature, growth and how things change over time. Over the coming weeks we will continue to observe and talk about any changes, encouraging the children to notice, predict and discuss what might happen next.

We are very excited to watch our beans grow and continue exploring the wonderful world of plants together.
