Tool Use In Forest School

The children have certainly noticed the change of season this week…

“It’s a bit windy!” “My hands are cold!” “Look at all the leaves falling down!”

…and so we have begun preparing for the next big event in our school calendar, Bonfire Night!

The children have been using conker clamps and palm drills to put holes and string through their conkers, ready to thread the bright yellow leaves, to create fireworks, when we return after the half term break.
