Reception Self Portraits

This week the children have been busy creating some amazing self portraits. They carefully studied their faces in the mirrors and talked about all the different features they could see, including their eyes, nose, mouth, ears and hair. They then had a go at drawing their own faces and labelling their portraits with their names.

They have done such a lovely job and I am sure you will agree that their finished portraits are amazing. They are now proudly on display in the classroom, so please do pop in and have a look next time you are passing. It has been wonderful to see the children taking such care and pride in their work.
