11th – 17th May – Mental Health Awareness Week: The theme this year is action. Join us in taking action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. While our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful.

Wednesday 13th May, 6:30pm (GMT) – WEBINAR: Adolescent social development with Dr Lucy Foulkes, Author and Academic Psychologist at the University of Oxford. As always, a recording will be sent to people who registered for the webinar via email the next day. The recording will also be available on The Wellbeing Hub to watch for one month afterwards.
