Mother's Day with Forest School
Our Mums…
We began our sessions this week, sat around the fire circle, discussing how we had spent Mothering Sunday. There were lots of homemade cards and flowers given, with the odd box of chocolates thrown in for good measure!
We went on to discuss all the lovely things that mum’s do for us, “Hugs”, “Kisses” and “Snacks” were the most frequently mentioned! Next, we created images of our mums’ faces using things found on the woodland floor. I particularly liked the tight curl hairstyles created with pinecones!
