Green Commendations
Congratulations to Otis and Lenny from Year 3. They worked independently and accurately to complete a series of challenging division problems to solve the final clue. Fantastic focus and perseverance demonstrated!

Congratulations to Rose from Year 6. Rose is very studious and takes time to listen to feedback and apply it in her work. She is consistently achieving high quality work, evident in her recent pieces of creative writing and her comprehension work in which she scored 20 out of 20.

Congratulations to Millie from Year 5. Millie has maintained a consistent effort throughout the year, and her recent dedication to homework tasks is particularly noteworthy. This week, she excelled in the sailboat design challenge. Beyond selecting appropriate materials and providing well-reasoned justifications, she demonstrated impressive creativity by bringing her design to life with a detailed cardboard and button model.
Congratulations to Hermione and James from Year 7.
Last Saturday Hermione Burnett and James Hall took part in the Surrey County Cross-Country Championships held in Priory Park, Reigate.
The stakes were high with competitors achieving a spot in the top 20 of their race qualifying for the county team. I am delighted to report that in the U13 race over 3.2km, James came 18th in the boys race and Hermione came 19th in the girls race. They both needed a long but quick sprint finish at the end in order to break into the top 20. Very well run both of you in an impressive fast field of athletes.
We look forward to hearing how you get on racing in the Surrey county team!
