Year 6's French Breakfast

Last Friday, Year 6 visited King Edwards for a French breakfast and a range of activities hosted by the Languages Department and GCSE pupils. It was wonderful to see and hear pupils ordering French pastries, fruit, and drinks, in French. The morning also included a quiz, a word search featuring French dishes, and a worksheet in which pupils had to identify dishes from written descriptions or photographs. It was great to see pupils from Longacre mixing with our own. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable morning for both pupils and staff.
