Highfield Cross-Country

13 schools took part in a large cross-country competition held at Highfield School on Friday 13th February. The length of the course steadily increased with each age group and I am delighted to say all Barrow Hills children completed it with no problem! We also gained 3 medals and a few very near misses on the podium (Year 4 Lottie – 4th, Year 7 James H – 4th). Overall as a team out of 13 schools our Year 5 girls came 2nd and our Year 6 girls came 3rd. Well done all of you!
