Stepping into Spring with Kindy

Kindy have been making the most of some lovely weather and it has been wonderful to welcome all the children back to school after the half term break.

They have been busy painting Mother’s Day gifts (big surprise!), learning about farms, singing, counting songs and recognising numbers to 10, exploring tuff trays, playing in the garden, colouring, cutting and sticking.

The Book of the Week is ‘Farmer Duck’ and the children have loved listening to farmyard noises as they played – Guess the Animal?

The children have loved the opportunity to play outside without the need for head to toe waterproofs! There are some beautiful spring flowers appearing and we all look forward to increased outdoor activities as the weather improves.
