U11 Girls Hockey IAPS Tournament

On Wednesday 26th March the U11 Barrow Hills girls took part in IAPS Small Schools Hockey Competition.

We finished in 7th place overall having got a win, a draw and 3 losses throughout the day. The girls were in high spirits and played some very high level hockey scoring 11 goals in total and conceding 10. The girls have worked hard on being disciplined with their marking and the power of their passing when in possession.

Securing a 1-1 draw against Westbourne House meant we had to go to shuffles to decide the outcome. You will see from the videos below that sadly shuffles did not work out favourably for Barrow Hills! There is always next time, girls…
