From Garden to Gallery: Year 2’s Harvest Week

Year 2 have had a very productive week!

In the art room, the children have been busily painting harvest produce in preparation for our Harvest Festival next week. They took great care with their work and the results are bright and beautiful and look rather delicious!

We also enjoyed a session in the school garden with Mr Gaszka, who shared his knowledge of the dahlias currently in bloom. The children learned about their wonderful colours and varieties, and it was a lovely opportunity to appreciate the school garden in all its autumn beauty.

Well done to all the children for their effort and enthusiasm this week. We are looking forward to another busy and exciting week ahead.
