Sharing Stories with Nursery

The children love to share books with each other in nursery. They especially enjoy taking turns to lift the flaps and guessing what might be hiding underneath. There is lots of excitement, smiles and laughter as they share their ideas and wait to see if they are right!

It is so lovely to see them chatting so confidently, listening to one another and joining in with stories. They do a great job of taking turns and show lots of curiosity and enthusiasm throughout.

Sharing stories is a great way to support their confidence, communication and language development, while also helping to build a love of books and early reading.
