Year 8 Cycle to the Sea!

On Tuesday 24th June Year 8 children cycled 60km along the Shipwright’s Way from the Alice Holt Forest to the southern end of Hayling Island. Most importantly we did not even need to open any first aid kit to patch up any falls! That is a very impressive achievement!
The Year 8 children tackled all types of terrain: cycling on skinny forest tracks, busy roads, through rivers, specialised cycling routes and even sand. They were so happy to be outside on their bikes with their friends it was a special day. Well done Year 8 for being so much fun and making the whole 60km!
