School Council meet Head Chef

The first School Council meeting of the year was eagerly attended by representatives from Junior Prep, Middle Prep and Upper Prep to discuss their thoughts on food with Andras, Head of our fantastic catering team. Pre-Prep were unavailable for this meeting but will have ample opportunity to put their tummy pleasing thoughts and aspirations forward.
The children were keen to try new food and first on offer were different apples from all around the world. Less spicy soups and more Chinese food options were amongst their suggested ideas!
Cake was a clear favourite, particularly with green coloured icing tasting of lemons and lime; mmm… Andras scribbled away as scrumptious options were put to him.
School Council wish to thank Andras for his patience, thought and careful consideration given to all that was discussed and not least for the yummy chocolate cake that he brought with him! Barrow Hills’ catering team ‘rock’!
