This is an exceptional opportunity for a new Alumni Relations Officer to join the Schools of Bridewell Royal Hospital (King Edward’s and Barrow Hills) in Witley, Surrey.
The Alumni Relations Officer will support the Alumni Relations & Outreach Manager in the delivery of a strategic, friendly and engaging alumni relations programme, and be responsible for assisting in the building life-long relationships with alumni in support of the schools and its future plans. The postholder will have a positive attitude, be creative and organised, and have a goal-orientated mindset.
We have been very successful in the last 18 months in re-engaging with the Alumni of King Edward’s, Witley and Barrow Hills, with over 1,200 previous pupils and staff now registered on our Bridewell Connect platform. The post-holder will play an important part in the further development of the Alumni Relations function, and in providing a range of opportunities for our Alumni to connect with the Schools, and for current pupils to engage with those who preceded them.
King Edward’s School is a co-educational boarding and day 11-18 school for some 475 pupils, around 30% of whom are full boarders. We are an HMC school and proud of our unique heritage and place among British co-educational independent schools.
Barrow Hills School is a co-ed 2-13 years Preparatory School, offering academic success within a balanced and generous education.
