Providing Flexibility For Families

We provide optional additional child care from 7.45am until 6.00pm (subject to booking and staffing).

Breakfast Club

This is available for children (Reception – Year 8) from 7.45am.  Children are given the option of breakfast before being taken to their classes by teachers in time to start the teaching school day. Breakfast Club does not need to be booked in advance.

After School Care Pre-Prep Department

For children in Pre-Prep (Nursery – Year 2), there is the provision of what we affectionately call ‘Club’.  Children are supervised after dismissal time in a separate classroom or, if the weather is nice in the Pre-Prep outdoor gardens.  Our after school club is available (subject to booking, staffing and the agreement of the Nursery Manager) until 6.00pm once the children are in Kindy and have turned 3. For our youngest children in Nursery, Club is available until 4.30pm.

Club must be pre-booked.

If parents do not collect within 15 minutes of the end of their child’s school day then their child will automatically be taken to Club.

After School Care Prep Department

For children in the Prep Department (Years 3 – 8) after school study is provided.  This means that homework can be supervised and staff can ensure that homework is completed. A hot meal is provided at 4.45pm. Study runs until 6.00pm and must be booked in advance.

If you are unavoidably late picking up your child, our staff will look after them at the pick up point for the first 15 minutes. After this time, your child will be taken to study until your arrival. 

Before and After School Care Charges

For the care detailed above there are additional charges which are detailed in our fees document. Before and after school care can be paid for with childcare vouchers. Parents will be charged incrementally, for time in club or study.
