On one of the hottest days of the year our children took part in sports day.
In the morning, Pre-Prep children excitedly made their way to the field to take part in sack, three-legged, beach and relay races.
In the afternoon, it was the turn of the Prep department. Years 3 and 4 participated in two new events: 150m and 600m with records being set for both. Our Year 7 and 8 boys 100m record was broken by Conrad in a new time of 11.93 seconds – wow! Bea then set a new record for the Year 7 and 8 girls 100m in a time of 13.97 seconds, equally impressive.
Victory went to Kean this year which was helped along by the fact that both Beatrix (8G) and Conrad (8G) our Victrix and Victor Ludorum winners are both in Kean!
Well done to all the children for their impressive running, jumping, skipping and throwing throughout the day. Thank you to the parents for coming along to cheer and create a lovely atmosphere!
