Year 1 children were excited at the prospect of their leaf ‘rub’ pictures. Whilst scouring the lawn for colourful fallen leaves, they gleefully moved through different areas of our amazing Barrow Hills grounds. Leaves of every hue transfixed their gaze as they happened upon a tumultuous variety in both shape, texture and size. Just as the brief had instructed.
A wonderfully happy time spent together outside was followed by a serene and tranquil session of painting whilst listening to soft and gently inspiring music. Amazing art Year 1, well done!
