Children and staff were captivated by the sounds coming from the Chapel this afternoon. World famous trumpet soloist Crispian Steele-Perkins dropped by to test the acoustics of the Chapel in readiness for his charity gig to raise funds for the Guildford and South Surrey Branch of Parkinson’s UK on Saturday 21st May. Tickets are available from sheron@guildfordparkinsons.org.uk.
Crispian, who is more used to playing in the Royal Albert Hall than a 200 seater venue, sounded amazing. We were all uplifted – music is so good for the soul.
