Year 8 finally got the chance to come back to the school where some of them have been for 10 years! It has been absolutely fantastic for them to be back – even if only for one week.
They have enjoyed an entertaining programme of activities including painting t-shirts, maypole dancing and a highly competitive treasure hunt. They have kept active with sports tournaments, walks and a bike ride to Frensham, cleverly avoiding all roads. Their creativity has also had a chance to shine with a production of ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ and also plenty of singing throughout the week. Friday came and it was time for Prize Day; it was certainly different this year but the awards and accolades and fond farewells were no less special.
Year 8, we wish you the very best of luck in your new Senior Schools and your next adventure.
