From dropping a ball to the floor, to Mr Behan being pushed across his lab in his chair, Year 5 have relished the opportunity to study forces within physics this term; with some even accessing GCSE-level content through impressive calculations of resultant force from free body diagrams.
In order to visualise the effects of these otherwise intangible forces, Year 5 have found YouTube’s very own The Slow Mo Guys not only useful, but also very entertaining! Please follow this link if you would like to see some of their original content.
In fact, Year 5 enjoyed these videos so much that many took to their parents’ phones in an attempt to create their own slow motion videos. Please see below for the great quality content that has been produced.
