Year 4 children have been reading ‘The Iron Man’ by Ted Hughes this term: Where had he come from? Nobody knows. How was he made? Nobody knows.
As well as drawing and writing instructions for how to capture an iron man, writing a menu for the iron man and a newspaper article about the arrival of a space bat angel dragon on earth, the children were given the task of creating their own iron man over half term. We have been very impressed with them and all the different D.T. skills they have used as well. Thank you parents for your help too!
