In keeping with 6R’s assembly on anti-bullying last week, children demonstrated their support for the national campaign against bullying by wearing odd socks on Monday.
Children also wore ‘One Kind word’ Wristbands and stickers throughout the week in order to raise awareness of bullying both inside and outside of school.
This year, our focus has been on getting to know what leads someone to bully, and how we may use this information to prevent bullying from occurring; The children demonstrated a great level of maturity in their understanding of this.
