Peer Mentors are there to help other children. When a younger child might be struggling with an issue such as friendships, organisation, anxiety about exams, moving house or even losing a pet, they can be assigned a Peer Mentor to help. The mentor might well have experienced the same feelings, so will be a good listening ear. They meet regularly with their mentee but also work very closely with Mr Crisell, so he knows what is being discussed and how. This is also always discussed with parents beforehand. Peer Mentors fulfill our pupil profile attributes of being compassionate, responsible and generous.
