In these testing times, I thought a photography/ art competition might be just the ticket to bring some colour to everyone’s experience of quarantine. The theme I have chosen is that of the ‘The Wacky Scientist’, and the idea is that children may submit one entry that meets this criteria.
This could be by way of a drawing, painting, model or photograph (this is my personal favourite as children can get really creative with wacky hair, messy kitchen experiments and use of every-day items to look scientific), so long as it encompasses the brief of the ‘Wacky Scientist’… anything goes.
Any entrants would receive a credit, and should any stand out as being particularly impressive, commendations could also be awarded! Entries to be sent by Friday 29th May to Mr Behan tjb@barrowhills.org.
