This week in science, the Year 2 children have been learning about magnets. They became scientists and found out lots of fantastic facts about magnets. They wrote their chosen fact in speech bubbles and this wonderful work is now on display in the Year 2 classroom. We are looking forward to showing the parents next week at our consultations. One of our favourite facts was that some farmers allow their cows to swallow special magnets which attract all the nails or bits of wire that the cows accidentally eat and prevents any other organs from being damaged. How clever!
